October is a great month for so many reasons. Fall is here, the leaves and seasons are changing, Halloween and the goblins are among us and the last Saturday of the month is Make a Difference Day!
In 1992 USA Weekends created Make a Difference Day as an annual community service event. It’s a day for us to all come together to help those who need it most and Lord knows that after the last year and a half that group is larger than ever before.
It only takes one action or reaching out to one person to truly make a difference. One step at a time we can change the world.
Your actions Matter!
So take one small step, do one kind thing, pay it forward.
When we do for others it ends up really being a gift to us as well.
