May is here….
With May comes Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Mental Health Awareness Month, Bicycle Month & Burger Month!
You may have human babies or fur babies that celebrate you on Mother’s Day.
Take time to thank all those who have passed and cherish their memories on Memorial Day.
Mental Health Awareness is more critical now more than ever, with what has transpired over the last couple of years with Covid, working from home and isolation from others (thank God we are seeing some reprieve on that front).
Also, on a happier note it’s Bicycle Month and Burger Month.
Let’s see how much we can celebrate…
Maybe take a bike ride with Mom and stop for lunch at the local burger joint and reminisce about those we’ve lost and celebrate them, that could definitely boost your endorphins and add to you positive mental health. :o)
Most of all let’s just take time to express gratitude for what has come before and look forward to creating a world of positivity!
Seek to create joy and find wonder all around us.
