What Are You Thankful For?
This month & this time of year is a great time for reflection.
No matter what’s going on in our lives, we can always find something to be grateful & thankful for!
From small things like a smile from a stranger or a friend
to the really big things like food, shelter, safety and freedom!
This is after all the month of Thanksgiving.
So make a gratitude list & put down all the things in your life that you are thankful for & refer back to it often,
especially in those times when you may feel challenged or overwhelmed
(which can also be common this time of year)
